Starter labs build the basics. Operator, Builder, and Lead labs add structure, review habits, and rollout thinking inside the same department path.
Use your AI agent
Copy the generated lab prompt into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, or another agent. Paste the agent output back into the lab when the exercise asks for it.
Submit the final work
Paste the finished project or reusable meta-prompt into the final submission box. Submitted labs earn Lunch Money that can be spent in the Lunch Money Shop.
