The Safe AI Practice Pilot
- Week 1 — Pick the departments We map your roles to existing labs and agree what "trained" means for your files.
- Weeks 2–7 — Practice Employees do short labs on their own work, with your approved AI tool. Each one leaves them a reusable prompt.
- Week 8 — Report You get a completion roster and a concierge progress summary — what got practiced, and where the risky habits were.
Fixed 60-day rollout. Live team dashboards and self-serve seat management are in active development; during early access the reporting is concierge.

Individual practice is free — every lab, the prompt library, and the readiness check, with no credit card.
Team pricing is being set with our first pilot organizations, so pilots are quoted per rollout rather than listed as a per-seat price. No. AI Lunchroom embeds no AI model of its own and sends no company data to AI providers. Employees practice with the tools you already approved, so there's no new data processor or model for security to assess.
What can managers see about an employee?
Completion records only — which labs and safety checks were finished. Private notes, prompts, submissions, and pasted AI responses are never shown to admins.
How long does a pilot take?
60 days from kickoff, with a progress summary partway through and a completion roster at the end.
Can people try it before we commit?
